Why do very few escorts do outcalls?

I have never been refused an outcall (had many) if listed on their profile, even if I've never met them before. Same, have had many outcalls to hotels, no problems of any kind once advertised, initial contact is usually via this site, I’d assume some level of screening is in action but arrangements generally go smoothly.
