To me, class is mostly just how the person thinks about themselves and how they respect and treat others.
It doesn’t really matter what classy actually means or what each person understands by it. What I meant is that by him contrasting me with the ladies he is visiting would put any argument I make in my favour in contrast to those ladies, or it could be perceived as such. Hence it would be unfair to the ladies, also not a matter of reality but of his faulty logic. He is hiding behind beautiful women and taking credit for their good reputation.
That’s what I said too, the guy is not to be taken seriously, just with more words
