Discretion is critical. Reflex is right, confidence and know where you are going.
The lady will tell you room number when you confirm you are in the car park NOT the lobby.
The lobby is to noisy and hearing the right room number from a lady with an accent can be hard.

She will probably have some advise. One issue is card operated lifts, so prepare for stairs.

Remember the lady needs you to be discreet or she could be checking out earlier than planned.

    Personally I prefer hotel meetings

Definitely find somewhere quite and discrete to call from if that's the confirmation method , background noise can be very off putting as well as creating a potential for miscommunication. On a side note it's a question I quite often have to ask when arranging a booking , i.e do you prefer confirmation by text or call as some ladies adverts don't state their preferred method.
Back on topic most ladies work from non key carded hotels when I've visited and will tell you the room number and sometimes where to access the elevator as well. If they're key carded they will have a way around it.
I prefer hotel to apartment meets as it's far more discrete than some apartments I've visited, no hassle with keypads with faded numbers, nosey neighbours etc.
It's far less stressful, and the rooms are normally super nice which ads to the experience
