I was asking a genuine question, a question I didn’t ask you but thank you for taking the time to respond, your passive aggressive response is not uncommon when punters call providers. I don’t blame providers for having that attitude because I’m sure they can be inundated with time wasters which isn’t helpful for anyone, always looking for helpful feedback which can help make the process easier for everyone
