    There is a pub in my home town that I have only ever been in on Christmas eve. One year I was working Christmas eve, and got down a little later than normal, so the place was pretty full and the bouncer stopped me.

    "Sorry, regulars only"

    "I'm here every year, on this day, for the last 10 years. Seems pretty regular to me"

    A slight chuckle from the bouncer, and "Okay, g'wan in".

    Oddly nice behaviour from a bouncer, but was very welcome.
