There has being a sudden influx of lunatics settling near Westville. One of them walks around with a book stuck between the back of his coat and his back.You can see the outline of it and he talks to footpaths and walls.

Another walks around fast but walks zig zag and doesnt seem to have any destination. He walk about 8 ft or so and then cross the road,then another 8 ft or so he cross back over and so on. He has fetish for stopping suddenly at corners.
