Only know of 2 places last few times I've been, one is an apartment on a very very busy street, very discreet entrance that's not locked so can go straight in, hard to spot the door even if your looking for it, close to a building where a lot of law enforcement would be hanging about, ended up hanging out outside the door but I just brushed past and in.
Other a hotel with a lift from the car park 100% discreet and easy.
