The land is good these days, isn't it. You get to keep up to 40k tax free if you've had it for over 7yrs or if (hopefully like myself) you've inherited it.

    Old but still fully functional.
The old adage "Your only as old as the woman you feel" sums it up.

Regarding prices I think it's important to keep in mind that if she's not with a punter she's not earning (unless of course she's working on Escort-fans or similar) so it's not as if they want to have prices that make guys avoid their services, especially if a lot of people are finding they have to financially tighten their belts. The escorts have to strike a difficult balance between covering costs with enough profit that it's worth their time while also not asking more than they can get enough actual customers with. A price of €500/hr is useless if no one will pay it, even if customers are queuing out the door €100/hr is useless if that only covers your costs.
Some may favour more free time between clients and inflate their prices accordingly to maximize the profit for their sessions, but most probably want to have just enough time to rest and freshen up between punters, with extended breaks for meals, etc... so instead they can either have full days off or can enjoy being able to indulge in some frivolous spending.
Odds are that even when they want more free time they just schedule accordingly and turn down clients rather than hike prices and risk upsetting all their customers, potentially driving them all to other providers.

The same with anything in life you get what you pay for.
The clue is in the name, Majesty. Born hagglers.
My own solution to the certainty of the shared shower is the outcall to a hotel I know. It’s rarely if ever stated that a lady is working from a hotel, for obvious reasons. One gets the feel for these kinds of things over time though. In fact, the longer we peruse these minutiae the feeler we get.

A farmer would prefer to trade his goulies than forfeit a rood of land. You’d be barqueing up the wrong three dere.
