Google gave me nothing, hence have to ask. Urban Dictionary was a miss too, closest it has is "packing sausage" which is definitely not what he meant in this context.

I think you misunderstand, had no problem finding "Alaskan pipeline", it's "pack of sausages" I had no luck finding an alternative meaning for on Google and Urban Dictionary.
