I use to get the same bullshit from banks way back in the day. I had to carry my passport with me all the time. That was until I started to use internet banking.

That reminds me of the Fr Ted episode where your man from d'unbelieveables gives ted a lift and stops at the post office, goes in and robs the place, when Ted asks him did he rob the place he says, 'T'was my money father, I just didn't want to fill out the forms', classic television.

Fucksake. I went into a bank after work today to take out my punting money for next week. Up to the woman I goes, smiled politely and told her I wanted to withdraw some money from my current account. I spent the next ten minutes engaged in a rigmarole with her because it wasn't my local branch.
