I bring my time and companionship. I never bring a gift. It's a business transaction. I may leave a tip the way I leave a tip to the mechanic who fixed my car, the person who cuts my hair, the girl in the coffee shop etc etc. I'm not mean but bringing gifts to a girl who probably has too much stuff to carry around every few days makes no sense to me. I expect I will get hammered on my attitude. ((

I'm inclined to leave a tip or bring food/drink (if I know what is liked), I just find that more practical. A small, thoughtful gift for a regular seems appropriate though. Maybe something that shows more affection than lust...

Of imagination a good store voucher is appreciated and it combines practicality of money without the overt nature of it.
I don’t think anyone should feel obligated to either tip or bring a gift. Life’s expensive for everyone as it is. If you can afford it however and you’ve enjoyed the time and would like to show a bit of extra appreciation for someone it’s a nice thing to do. With my cynical hat firmly on it will do no harm for a return visit.
