Ah Dublin hotel prices are a joke when there are any major events on but aren’t too bad mid week if you check around and there’s value to be found around the country.

Still there are very few hotel based escorts touring these days which has curtailed my bookings in a big way, my meets this year were out calls, all the sweeter that my employer was picking up the tab for my room though. 👍

What a joke this country has become i recently stayed at a sheraton in the midlands and the total came to €340 for the night granted it was a nice room but its all that was available.

This country is gone mad expensive.
Green isle is €112 on Pearl Jam dates, if you don't mind Clondalkin 😂

Failing that , try Bray / Wicklow or an Airport hotel .

Well atleast you got Pearl Jam tickets as I have.

Forget a hotel. Marley Park is a disaster also so don't expect a taxi unless you have it booked. I don't use public transport myself in Ireland, but don't depend on it whatsoever.

I heard on the radio during the week, that a couple found flying to Rome, seeing Bruce and staying there four nights was cheaper than going to Dublin one night to see him. Madness if true.

Well believe it - we were going to Dublin for a long weekend last year in May, but in the end went to Milan for 3 nights instead, only cost €100 extra (which we took as the price for guaranteed sunshine!).

Green Isle is a fine hotel, I often pop in there for a reasonably priced and good quality evening meal,
And it's not really Clondalkin, it's about 2kms from the village (not that there's anything wrong with Clondalkin), it's more Newlands cross, The 69 bus is every hour to town, or the Red cow luas is only a €10 taxi ride away...
