    Default Health kick

    My biggest motivation to keep myself fit is visiting young ladies.
    I use this as a motivator in pretty much everything I want to achieve.

    I bought a smart watch a little while ago which I used to improve my life style and sort out my sleep.

    My latest gadget is an Eufy Weight Scale. It not only measures weight, but BMI, fat, muscle and importantly for me, water.
    Appartently I don't drink enough water, and wine doesn't count.
    I should eat more chicken too, I wonder if pussy counts.

    3 days of drinking more water and I definitely feel better.

    I plan to reward my efforts later with a trip to Santry and visit a very different young woman to my usual choices.
    Trying something new.

    I've heard it said that if drug companies could patent water, they would.
    Also, regarding the smart watch. I often walk around my regular punting areas whether I'm going for a punt or not. I've noticed that my heart rate is about 20bpm higher if I have a punt organised.
    My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
    So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

    Tis a very good motivator.



    On the scales with all them options, they can be very inaccurate.

    Physical measurements are best, or in the case of water just be more conscious of what your taking in.


    You gota want it. Motivation is a great starting point, but if you dont genuinely want change, it wont happen.

    Well I have found before Christmas I was a bit tired and round 2 was becoming a bit hit and miss.
    Since reducing alcohol and excercising, round 2 has become more likely.

    if I have to get more exercise and eat better to have round 2, then I'm motivated.

    Maybe if you reduce pulling the Jahovas out of yourself from two or three times a day that might help the situation aswell.

    Electrolytes are very important too or just use Pink Salt
    I get lot of exercise riding my bike to the escorts locations in the city and when I am not able to get out one of my blow up dolls does the trick too
