Agreed. Can you or anyone else suggest what it could be changed to?

If you can add colour to the background, it may help avoid mistakes.

    neither-------------------grey

Mmmm, not sure, what about smiley faces, or is that just a silly idea?

The problem is that the dropdown system can change selection afterwards. I find that to be sure, you need to click on the page a second time beside your selection. Any system, whereby a reviewer can glance over their selection and quickly notice a mistake, will help. The idea of the colours is that any mistake will be immediately obvious. Usually, reviews are positive and the selections, if properly made will all be green.

These options certainly need to be separated and defined somehow, maybe have the dissatisfied ones in a red area and satisfied in a green area and neither one or the other in between left in white, something like that. Or else use a simpler word like happy or not happy. Smiley included next to options might help as a visual aid, maybe a thumbs up or thumbs down.

I'm totaly colourblind so adding colour would be no use to a large proportion of reviewers

Good point actually, a lot of men are colour blind or colour confused. Unlike us women who can see colours fine in general.
