Happy Easter! By the way, what you ussually do for Easter? How you celebrate it?
I am ortodox and celebrate easter later, but for me is very religios, i go to the church and wait to light a candle that is the holy light, i decorate red eggs, doing spring cleaning before easter, cook a lot of food, family dinner and relatives, friends visits. In my country is a big Holiday, it dont seem the same here in Ireland.

    Happy Easter Ella xx

    Sounds Beautiful,
what life is all about, time with friends and family

I cooked a Turkey and Ham with all the trimmings with a small family gathering

to be honest I've kinda given up on church/religion for a number of years, with so many religions all believing they are the chosen one's!!

I still believe in the afterlife and a higher power I'd consider myself pretty spiritually but I've built my beliefs around science

Energy can't be destroyed it can only be changed
so I consider my inner energy my soul and the universe the equivalent of everyone else's God

These to me are tangible things that match others beliefs but without contradicting them or aligning with any in particular

Something I can truly believe in without being told I have to!!

    Happy easter all

I think these days its more for the kids here.

It used to be mainly religious. Mass, etc..

Many still do an easter family dinner.

On a whole its not hugely celebrated, mass, dinner, some easter eggs.

Honestly its just like any other weekend for me, but im happy to have today off at least lol
