Twice its happened, I left a review and got this message:

Could you please confirm the time and date of the booking and also the correct location which the booking took place?

The problem is, there is no way to edit a review that I can see.

No need to edit it if you have made a mistake when entering time or location. Just tell the mods what it should say and they will correct it for you.

Yeah, but......how?
Pretty sure you'd need to email the mods with the verifiables (chat log/call log with the phone number shown and any other info you needed to have corrected date/time/location), similar to the process for verification on ones first few reviews.

Check the email address you registered the account with you should have a mail from them or just DM a mod on here
