Update about Keyla’s cancer battle , second appeal ⚠️
Hi , community . I have read all your messages and you all made my heart shake . I said i will come back with News but after arriving back home on sunday , i have felt some post-chemo side effects such as nausea and extreme tiredness so i spent my time resting and thinking about what had happened and what will come next .
As i have said , my battle will not stop very soon after chemo as i was praying as my last MRI and CT scan have shown cancer spread growth in my lymphatic nodes so a total histerectomy surgery is needed to get all my reproductive system out ( uterus, right ovary ..) to help get the best results from chemo and immunotherapy,so a future pregnancy won t be possible for me again .
This MRI s and CT s have also shown 2 endometrical cysts ( 6.67/5.59cm and 3.71/3.39) that have grown in just a month since my last surgery ( they are NOT cancerous , endometriosis is not cancer but they name it “ the cancer that doesn’t kill you ) . This 2 cysts have grew where my left ovary that they took out with Billie was supposed to be . Endometrical tissues have also grown on my intestines and inside my rect .
Wednesday just before leaving for Turkey we also confirmed this with a transvaginal scan and got diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis ( not cancerous , I repeat , but it can grow tissue around intestines , lungs and brain - so as long as it is in my intestines we need to get surgery to eradicate all endometrioma spread to prevent lung and brain growth .
So basically I need to get 2 mass surgeries in one . Total histerectomy and total endometriosis with intestine protocol .
After spending more than 19.000€ since November ( about 12.000€ where from all the people helping ) , 12.600€ are needed again to help me continue my fight and get this life saving surgeries . My parents are already helping with 4.000€ by selling their car ,and another 1000 from family friends ,but me and my husband can t keep up with all of this . My parents proposed to me to sell their house also if they need to but I have told them is not the case . We need another 7.600€ JUST for the surgeries . I haven’t t thought there s gonna be a second part of this campaign but I am raising the GoFundMe goal to 17.600 to raise the rest .
In the next day or two I am also posting here and to local markets some household items we no longer need to help with the cost of investigations , meds and travelling .
