Avoid Reeperbahn/st Pauli like the plague, it's a rotten kip. Everything is a rip off.
There are FKK's where you will do better, and if you just want a quickie, take a ramble on the streets just behind the Hbf, there are ladies on the street who will entertain you in short term rooms nearby.
I had some great fun with these.
But again avoid the red light area.
