Well 8 year old me would be impressed, we’d both have the same sense of humour for one thing but he’d probably think I’m spending too much time with icky girls.

80 year old me would be jealous, he’d be financially better off than me but he’d only be up 3 times a night to go to the bathroom

Do we look after ourselves with a view that we need our bodies and minds for 80 years.

Nowadays you will see people in their 70s & 80s who have taken care of themselves and live fulfilling lives. I have a relative in her mid 70s, she still works, not because she needs to I think she just loves the craic and the gossip lol she has a great social life with her work colleagues, evenings out going to country bands etc.

If I make it to 80 and have my health I’d love to do a sky dive or something, preferably into Croker on Final day coz we will probably still be waiting for Sam then lol

Thankfully , I still have the mind of a 25 year old but with the experience of the batterings of life. the two fight each other all of the time. I need a tutorial from a lady on how to be 'sexy in your sixties '.

I don’t know what I call it “batterings” from life - We all go through shitty times and believe me I’ve had a few of them myself, but I have come to believe that’s adversity can be our greatest teacher, so I like to think that I have Learned from tough times, they have made me stronger and given me wisdom.
