I think Mercedes have solved their car aero-dynamic problems and have moved closer to Red Bull. Ferrari have improved too. All the cars, with the exception of Williams and Alpine [Alpine appears to be particularly dire], have closed on Red Bull. But I think Red Bull still have the advantage and Ferrari are faster than Mercedes.

i thought it was ferrari lewis was joining next year and not red bull. Will max and lewis be teammates?

Sorry, getting my teams mixed up. Of course it is Ferrari.
But he has been attempting to move to Red Bull since 2021 when Mercedes was still winning. He clearly saw how things were panning out for the future. Move to Red Bull not possible; I think everyone wants a move there!

Both Ferraris seem to be struggling. Expected them to be better.
George Russell going well. making Lewis Hamilton look bad.

Lewis is going to Ferrari and thanks God he does so. I'm so sick of Charles and Carlos, none of them are good enough to put up a fight to Max.

Yep. Me mixing up teams. Max to Ferrari. He has been attempting to join Red Bull since 2021 but then, who does not want to join Red Bull?

First pit stop. Unsurprisingly Charles Leclerc getting rid of the soft tyres for the hards.

Charles Leclerc struggling. Seems to be the car set-up. Change of tyres has not changed anything.
Sergio Perez now sixth, but with pit stops, net second. So, effectively Red Bull one-two.

Everyone has pitted now but Max Verstappen. He is thirty seconds ahead. Should be comfortable.

Max Verstappen pits. Bit slow but he has plenty of time and still leads.

Charles Leclerc still having handling problems.
