I would suggest just saying "Don't forget to leave a review!" as the guy is on the way out. That way you aren't putting him in a position to answer you but you are still reminding him about it.

Dont know about that now. Most people dont need to be reminded about leaving a review. Just because a review isint given doesnt mean that they didnt have a good time. They could be just shy about letting everyone know their business.
