I will say that I don’t think that a bad review should be allowed for this seeing as she give you all your money back.

It’s not a nice thing to have happened of course, but you are a big boy you can figure out why she did this, you got all your money back so just put it down to a bad experience.

If we're gonna do reviews at all then this is a prime case for one being not only allowed, but encouraged.

Imagine showing up at the airport for a week's holiday only to find out the tour operator had refunded your payment and sold your holiday to someone who wanted 2 weeks.

There can be a lot that goes into booking and arriving on time to a meeting and once a fella arrives clean and respectful that agreement should be honoured.

I would definitely want to know that a provider has those practices so I could avoid her.

Also, I can’t help but notice that you yourself have not contributed to the review system so not even sure if I am debating with a genuine service user here.

I have to agree with Palatine here.
Both the cancelled holiday and client who leaves due to a cheaper offer down the road are both apt analogies too.
I think the "you can't compare providing intimate services to... " is too often used as an excuse to cover poor business practise which I think is the case in this instance.

She made up some lie about his back which obviously shows she knew her reason for ending the appointment was a poor one.
To her credit she did refund money but it did spoil his evening.

I don't think speculation like that would be allowed in a review but if you look at her reviews and times it's obvious that is what happened.

Perhaps the other client is a favorite of hers, perhaps it was the 2 hours, but both are poor reasons in my opinion.
