    Because she is a young lady with a few reviews, so I am guessing that she is starting out in this industry. The OP seems to be a seasoned service users with 80 reviews. I think he should act more like a grown, mature man and leave the young lady be, chalk it down to a bad experience.

    Nobody is saying that she doesn't have the right to do what she did - frankly she didn't even have to mention his back, she could've just pointed at the door and told him to leave. Same difference really.
    But he has the right to make a record of it so that other punters know what might happen to them. Reviews are for punters, by punters. Providers have a right to reply to the review (and have the last word) if they feel that the punter is being dishonest or unfair.
    I'm surprised it was posted to be honest, considering he deleted the messages (maybe his 80+ reviews stood to him) but I'd be interested to see if the provider replies to his review.

    It happened. But there is something what i don’t understand. Why she didn’t say something about her. Why she choose to say something about Tony. Of course if we hurt male ego, fire is here lol. I just could say she should look in business in long term. She got two hours instead of half hour but she lost her reputation and potential regular client.

    If a review was fair or not… it wasn’t neccesary but she probably asked about it. It was enough to say i made a mistake. Iam sure next appoitment could wait 15min. How i said, it’s funny if i imagine all the situation… maybe it’s something small , maybe something big… Someone already mentioned you are lucky she wasn’t talking about something different.

    I'm not taking any sides here but this whole debate reiterates for me something that I have mentioned here previously. The review system is fundamentally flawed and this is a prime example of the reason I won't review

    One thing missing from this discussion is the impact this behaviour has on you providers out there.

    1) It incentivises clients to double book. It you think there's a risk that your 3pm is going to bail on you for another booking then may as well have a 3:30pm booked as well just in case, and cancel it last minute if needed.

    2) If not the first option above, then if you're like me you've planned your day around it - moved meetings later or driven out of your way. If someone declines a meeting up front with notice - grand. You go look somewhere else. If some cancels a meeting last minute to take an alternative booking, I may politely walk out the door, but I'm not going to another provider who could have taken the booking. I won't have time to go through the process again. Someone else loses out.

    I don't buy the 'leave her alone she's young and just in the industry'. She's an adult and a professional and evidently adept at maximising her revenue. At least short term. Maybe she's not planning to be around long enough for anything but short term to matter. All power to her.

    But it's a weird take to be blaming the customer for leaving what seems to be an honest review that was backed up later by a review he couldn't possibly have predicted.

    Time to get over it I’m afraid… I’ve 49 reviews.. all really good ones… does anyone actually believe all my meetings have been top class??
    Not a chance!! Some have been bad.. some have been bloody awful… I just get one with it and vow never to return..
    life is too bloody short to dwell and on things like that..

    Exactly, totally negates the review system and is a disservice to others.
    Saw a review the other day, girl had ten reviews all five star. The review was from a guy who had lots of reviews under his belt, stated the girl was attractive but looked absolutely nothing like her pictures, something the other nine reviews had failed to mention
