But we don’t know for definite that’s what happened, this is what the client is speculating and it’s not mentioned in his review at all.

I started this thread at 16:55pm. I didn't know she was half an hour into a 2 hour booking that started t 16:30pm according to the reviewer. There is no speculation about it nor could that have been mentioned in the review as I can only mention what happened, not what I now know happened.
