Verify photo and video!!!

Well, I had to come here and open a topic for the moderators to see, because I've been trying to check my account for payment on the website for hours and I'm not getting adequate service, and when I get help, they don't solve anything, because it's been an hour and a half since I'm sending several emails with photos and videos where the team can clearly see my passport, the paper they ask me to write on and my face, I don't know what to do anymore, because I'm getting super stressed and it's already the eighth email I send them what they asked me for and no one solves anything! I would like the moderators to please look! Well, my ad will be off tomorrow! Thanks xx
