Bank sees you been spending too much money in a pub, off license or video games? Well that lowers your chances of a loan or/mortgage. It really is getting closer to China’s social credit score.

I’m making a conscious effort to keep cash in circulation.

The bank situation is a lose lose for people. For example if they see you using a lot of cash it also reduces your chances of getting a mortgage. So people are fucked either way.
