My metaphor is that it needs both trusted Clients and Trusted Escorts to have any real shot at coming up with a workable way to get valid and truthful reviews.

Trusted reviewers to post reviews and a few trusted Escorts who have seen a particular Client to vote that he is the real deal and thus is deserving of that much sought after badge to be awarded to a potential new trusted reviewer.

How can any one review mod (or a group) possibly know who is a potential perfectly honest reviewer?

Why waste the enormous resource of the people who have actually seen them up close and personnel and not pm a few who have been reviewed and if say 5 say he is who he is and review is valid then badge him?

And before anyone picks holes in it, off course its not perfect, nothing ever will be when it comes to reviews but badges should be issued based on Client posters saying they have faith in his reviews and a few trusted Escorts saying similar.

Makes sense from an escort's point of view. If reviews help an escort to get more business and if reviews from a trusted reviewer carry the most weight and the escort knows that her client is one of these, then she has an added incentive to try and ensure that she gets a good review from him.

No i think what should happen Carlos is the Trusted Reviewer should not announce who he is..

If restaurant inspectors announced who they were, then the meal would always be perfect..

A Trusted Reviewer should say nothing..

My concern is that people could abuse system.

i.e.

Punter A gets a badge
Punter A then arranges to meet escort B by PM
Escort B is a average escort buts gives a super-sexy service to Punter A when he turns up
as she knows what the craic is
Punter A writes great review
Escort B and punter A are happy
The rest of punters who go to Escort B based on this review may not get good service

One of the things that surprises me is that every review that I have had in this name is for a meeting that has, theoretically, taken place at 8am on the morning of the review. Nobody has ever queried this. I pick this time because it is the one time that most escorts can be sure that they did not meet anybody. so anna, what your saying is that if a punter pm's you, which you do state for them to do, you see and know exactly who they are, and if they have a review badge then you tend to put in the extra effort for which you wouldn't do if the punter didn't have a badge?

Jeeze I getting sick and tired with all these posts of guys complaining about who has a medal and who hasn’t, who is abusing theirs and who isn’t. Jesus lads we are losing the plot here. Reviews are there to help us as punters to get a good experience for our hard earned. Who gives a shit if a guy has a MEDAL or not, surely if at least he reviews and gives SOME sort of help to us guys rather than us being a Guiney pig and finding out that Cheryl Cole turns out to be Susan Boyle.
I have a medal and I have no idea who decided to AWARD it, but is prob because I decide to get up off my arse and leave a review. But to touch on the point “should medal reviewers get preferred treatment” - well feck ye - I spend my money like the rest, but at least I give a review - as best I can to MY taste. I have never told any escort who I am, I don’t PM, and I don’t think it is necessary to tell, but having said that - save having an asshole pompously broadcasting he is a MEDAL reviewer - trusted reviewers should be awarded the escort being in a better mood at least, than Joe soap.
