Just for a bit of fun I have been monitoring my sleep on my Garmin smart watch.

Days I visit an escort the watch reports a score around 90% and good to excellent sleep quality.
And days I don't visit an escort the watch reports around 30% and poor sleep quality.

I wasn't aware I wasn't sleeping properly, but the watch has brought this to my attention and it's right, I am not sleeping well.

A good nights sleep improves a days productivity, mental health and physical wellbeing.
Therefore I should visit more escorts for the sake of my health.
