I might be a bit late, but anyway -
I was in Malta awhile back. Saint Julians is the main place for nightlife etc. I never managed a hook up because of a few issues, but there are escorts around there.
Don't expect reviews on some of those other sites on the continent. The site I use in Europe the girls usually have no reviews or sometimes just one or two so just make sure the profile is verified.
I visited a massage parlour up the street from my hotel a few times. Open early. Nice Chinese lady with massage and finish. Her rates were cheap and cheerful.
The Dubliner is a great bar in Saint Julians.
