As well as being afflicted with a small penis, I am also a fat obese fucker (as a couple of escorts have found out to their disgust). I looked down a few nights and realised I couldn't see it anymore. Things must change. I have spent the last few days arming my larder with plenty of cereals and low-fat foods. The gym in work will be utilised three times a week at half an hour a go, to start off. I will no longer eat on the go. By summer, I will go from this:

Well, that's the plan. The plan will no doubt change.
If anyone has any tips on how to diet, please share. My belly needs all the help it can get.
