Personally my advice even when you don't feel like it is get up earlier and start the day off with a walk even 20min.. blast your fav music and walk, yes there will be days when you want to hit the snooze button with barely any sleep, I promise you will feel better and your day is off to a positive start...

If you don't make at least 20min for yourself a day whether it's a walk or switching off in someway it will be less beneficial physically and mentally, if you don't have time make time even if you have to get up earlier and do a 15min walk around where you live and put on music, podcast,or even morning radio

    Make that time for exercise...

Ok my motivational speech is over #H

    ^^this^^

get up and get your day off to a good start and If you don't get a chance to exercise later in the day you have it in the bank.

a 5k at 6;30am works for me, might not work for everyone but 10,000 steps a day in some form should be everyone's minimum aim if they are serious.
