Well... you have given your fingers quite the work out this evening anyhow.

I'm too lazy to even think about exercise, never mind doing any.
20 squats, 20 crunches, 20 push ups, every morning first thing. Should only take a few mins.
If you have the time, or the fitness, do 2 sets.
Plenty of youtube vids of workouts and free apps that can help you with exercises you can do at home.
Press ups, lunges, squats all good. I found some on kegal exercises which I'm starting in the hope it'll help me downstairs.
Mind exercising stopping you getting sick is a lie as I think I got this buggering cold at the gym ffs.
I go to for a workout most days on top on a young woman.
It's the only exercise I'm really into to.
Spent 3 hours working out earlier, just home.

What kind of workout are you looking for?
If it's to lose weight, use stairs rather than taking lifts!
If it's for strength, try getting a power tower ( I bought one during covid for about €125) or just do prison style workouts if you have no time for the gym.
Resistance bands! Great all round
