since you treat us like “menu”!! let's go!! If you go to McDonald’s, for example, you pay for the menu which includes hamburgers, fries and soft drinks!! If you want a sauce that is not on the menu, you pay an extra price!!! Our favorites are not listed as ingredients included in the menu! but as an ingredient we have in stock!! In other words, if you want some of them, you have pay to get it!

Some restaurants don’t ask extras for they sauce!!! And its ok too!!!

Exactly, far too easy to blame the escort here, nobody is forced to book any particular one, at the end of the day the punter makes his choice based on the info in front of him but "I didn't think..or i thought that " is no defense.
