There are a few post-op girls working, but they don't advertise as such so it can be tricky to spot. My advise is to sieve through the forums and contact a few guys who think they've met one, and then contact that SP and ask her directly.

I'm not entirely sure why anyone would want to see a post-op trans girl, specifically, rather than just see a biological woman.
Not only can a biological woman do all the things they can (and better, most likely), but there can also be some pretty nasty complications from a vaginoplasty.
Post-ops would be a hard-no for me (excuse the pun), and I would also plead with all trans girls on here to please think twice before ever considering that surgery!
