However, none of the above explains what I perceive as a significant move away from the provision of FK in more recent times. I am presuming that client oral hygiene has not generally deteriorated over that period.

What was mentioned above doesn't fully explain why some girls don't offer FK, but it's easy to get an idea. When FK is listed as one of my favorites, it's challenging for me to discuss hygiene parameters with the client during the appointment, considering hygiene standards vary, especially across so many different cultures we have in Ireland. Factors like hygiene, diet, beard (considering recent shaving or a prickly beard may not be pleasant), smoking, alcohol, etc., are taken into account.

Personally, I brush my teeth and tongue before every appointment, along with a shower and mouthwash use. The minimum expectation in return is that the person takes the same care when coming to meet me. I also provide all the necessary toiletries if the guy is after his job or whatever the situation may be.

If a person is going on a date and wants to please the other part, they do all these things, which unfortunately isn't what we receive sometimes and suggestions like these are often not really well-received during an appointment. Besides the mentioned factors, there's the essence of the kiss itself – it's not just about sticking the tongue to clean the other person's palate; it's calm, passionate.

I’m glad that most people I've met maintained excellent hygiene before meetings, caring for details often overlooked due to being part of daily life, like smoking, alcohol, strong spices, etc. But not everyday is a great day, and I've also had some disappointing encounters. Lol

However, for a girl who had more bad experiences than good ones regarding FK or at least one very bad experience, it might lead her to avoid it. Because once she list FK in her favorites, people usually expect to get it, and if she’s not comfortable or the person isn't hygienic, it's something she’d “have to do” anyway or have an argument in the middle of the appointment.
Also, keep in mind that various diseases, including STI, can be transmitted through kissing, and the other person may not necessarily have visible symptoms.

But as mentioned and you already have some names, many of us still include FK as part of our service. So, I'm sure you’ll find or have already found someone who meets your expectations in this regard.

However exactly same issues that you write about existed 10 years ago , when I believe that FK was advertised by escorts more freely than nowadays. I just wanted to understand why the decline, as when you look at the top reviewed ladies, they all offer FK.
