Do what suits you and makes you happy

I'm up at 5am every morning but that's because I have to for work

I have found the snooze button gets more of a touch with these dark mornings though

Last year I tried vitamin D supplements over the Dark days of winter and I think they really helped

    maybe give them a try!?

You have to have reason to get up early or you'll just be tempted to lie on
I would have suggested joining a gym and go for an early morning session

but after looking at your profile pictures
I really don't think you need any work

I have taken note you don't wear PJ's
( the image is engraved in my mind )

    neither do I
    Just saying!! 😉

Set a timer for the heat. Heat it 20 mins before you get up. Whatever you use for your alarm put it on the other side of the room so you have to get up and turn it off.
500ml of water straight away. I've found that the most of the grogginess I feel in the morning is dehydration.

I do find alarms on my phone a bit lame and underwhelming.
You need a good quality alarm clock radio from the 1990s. You can choose either a air raid siren sorta noise or a fuzzy out of tune radio station.
Also you only get one snooze function. After that you have to get out the instructions to figure out how to actually turn it off and they used to assume that we got up on the weekend at the same time as weekdays.

I find firing it against the wall works equally well for phones or alarm clock

If it is your thing, Caffeine intake should stop about 5 hours before bed. I could always sleep, but it was garbage sleep if I had caffeine close to when I went to sleep.

Lol between diet and excersie Lyndsay is d healthiest person on d planet, she has a vitamin for every ailment and I'm pretty sure she was a nutritionist in a previous life.

She knows well why shes tired in the mornings but I cant say it here

I shouldn't be giving sleep advice anyway. I'm a somehow-functioning insomniac. Average about 4 hours a night, but still get out of bed without (much) issue, at 6am. It's not caffeine, booze, phone, or sex related. I've always been this way.

    I'm 100% on the path to Alzheimer's, aren't I?
