As soon as you alarm goes put your two feet on the floor before you turn it off, no matter how tired you are. As soon as you make that move the rest is easy. Saying that I survive on 5/6 hours of sleep a night, I'm used to my routine so much that I even get up early at weekends

Charge your phone, if possible, on the furthest socket away from your bed. I have to get out of the bed to get to the phone.
🤣 Trust, after the third loop. You’ll easily jump out of bed and fuck the phone out the window.

I am up at 4am every morning with no alarm, just body clock now. Out by 5am walking my dogs. This is why I always make morning appointments with the ladies, as I am at my best in the mornings 👌👌👌

Set your heating to come on at least 30 minutes before you have to get out of bed . It is easier to get up when it's not cold.
We have two lives , the second begins when we realise we only have one .....
