Just everyday life generally.I picked Cork because its a decent enough size, escapes the worst of the weather but isnt so prone to the traffic chaos of a place like Dublin.

Galway or Wexford would be my second pick,
    Westside.

So there's no truth to the rumour then the Cork City Council are building an ark for the next weather "event".

the weather here today is a lot warmer.Although roads and paths are very bad its thawing fairly well under the circumstances and i dont think we will get anymore snow here.Westerly winds are to gradually return at the weekend and this will bring and end to the artic freeze.Westerly wins like Westside ,bring a feeling of warmth to the climate.

    digging the shades out,
    Westside.

Glad to hear that all is well at the Westville Meteriological Station, but Met Eireann are saying that there's a little water on it's way from Portugal for the rest of Cork.

P.S. How are your isobars Westie?

I'm partial to Mayo, but Cork cums in at a close second because Cork men are actually quite good in bed

Nads, I left partly because of the accent. The thought of my child eventually dating some of the scary gene pool in Wickla was a concern......now fook off !!! Beautiful county but u wouldnt say that holes like Newtownmtkennedy Rathnew and Arklow have much going for them......
