Personally I have taken Viagra 3 times while visiting with a lady. Not sure if I needed it, I was really nervous so took it just in case. I had no negative side effects.
But remember everyone has an individual metabolism so what works for one or even one thousand may not work for you.

If you are having problems getting or maintaining an erection, have a word with your doctor.
This can often be the first symptom of a heart problem, and should not be ignored.

Getting older is not necessarily the cause.

I had a bit of difficulty keeping it up before my heart attack and if I knew then what I know now I could have prevented the damage to my heart.

Heart disease can hide very well, and usually is hereditary.
Once heart disease is being treated, Viagra is no longer necessary.

If you need it, you need it. I'd be of the opinion that if you're worried about nerves, just tell the girl, they're usually amazing at understanding and getting things going, and you're being honest with yourself and her.

If you’re nervous or bothered take it. Iv used it reluctantly previously. I was seeing a girl who ruined my confidence and I couldn’t get it up afterwards. Ordered it online and all very discreet.
