I disagree. I find 45 mins is sufficient for a nice build up and a bit of conversation after.
I think it would be relatively unusual for most men to have a refractory period so short you could go twice in an hour.

Well if you’re looking to just finish once (as is usually the case with me), 45 minutes is very handy. You get more time for a chat at the start, shower, longer foreplay, etc..

You still only get to pop once (unless the lady herself offers to go for round 2 as I said in my previous post), but doesn’t feel as rushed as 30 minutes 😄
