Yeah 30 / 45 mins usually means just one pop. Then you might get a massage or some cuddles and chat for the remaining time.

I disagree. I find 45 mins is sufficient for a nice build up and a bit of conversation after.
I think it would be relatively unusual for most men to have a refractory period so short you could go twice in an hour.
In truth any idea that an hour means two goes is a bit of a fantasy/delusion.
