The usual “life” Sentence here is a mere 20 years, and unlike the UK there is no whole life sentence, the judge did comment today that if he could he would pass a whole life sentence in this case.

Another thing that absolutely boils My blood is prison officers have a duty of care to Poska, they have to protect him from being harmed from other prisoners, so I’m going to guess that he would be put with, do you remember that rotten thing Graham Dwyer, he has a piano in a cell and everything think he’s in the Midlands in Portlaoise, he had a thing for killing women with knives, so more than likely this thing will be put with his own kind, you didn’t up banging your head off a wall in frustration.

The only thing I can hope and pray, and I am A person of faith, it’s wrong to ever pray for harm to someone, but while I’m going to pray for is that some of the prison guards “slip up” and “accidentally” let Puska Into the general population area of the prison even for just five minutes.

I really hope this will open the debate and why are we letting these type of people into the country will never work a day in their lives for a full 10 years. Us gobshite Irish citizens here breaking our backs trying to pay a mortgage for those who can even get a mortgage, trying to pay the heating, trying to put kids through college and now we have to worry will our kids meet a fate like this at 4pm some evening?!
Everything you say is 100% correct.
Unfortunately the problem here is too many fucking do gooders in the country.
Things need to change big time.
If you say anything they just call you a racist.

Or bigot... or transphobe... or whatever pitiful words these people use to condemn anyone speaking common sense these days because they themselves are completely incapable of making their argument based on merit, so they try and cancel the "bigot's" voice instead...

"THAT'S HATE SPEECH!". Wrong. Big difference between actual hate speech (e.g. a racist fuck using the 'n' word in a derogatory way against a black person) and speech that you hate. Speech is not violence, unless you're calling for the the mob to attack someone.

Why "cancel culture" is absolutely fucking pathetic and vile:

Okay that's a different issue entirely, it can be discussed elsewhere. This is about Aisling Murphy. Let's be respectful and move back to that.

Other countries you’ve to work full time for ages to get it and others, they match your country of origin’s. But here you just have to be an EU member and BAM, you get everything even over tax paying citizens. How was he on it for 10 years? Worse, there are war vets on the streets coz they’ve ptsd and are afraid of harming their families and can’t get housing but he was on th file for 10 years?!!!
Couldn’t agree with you more. I don’t know why we do it that way. I have some idea that someone once decided that it was EU law and we very much want to comply with EU law and even be best boy in class doing it.

The problem isn't that you voice concerns and you're considered a racist, it's that the main people amplifying these thoughts 24/7 do so under the guise of concern but the motive of racism.
The racists are shouting about immigrants all the time and not about safety concerns.
And sometimes the people voicing concerns mistakenly get involved with those people and are tarred or the racists use them for their own benefit.

The really sickening thing is watching the Irish Freedom party, The Nationalist party and the usual suspects have an absolute field day with this case.
It all sounds logical and concerned of course.

They will stir up anti immigrant hatred and get normal concerned people on board with it to further their own racist cause.
Look under the hood and you get pure hate.
Justin Barrett of the NP has repeatedly called Hazel Chu of the Green Party out as being an immigrant, even though she is born and bred in Rathfarnham.
These people only care about the colour of your skin and your ethnicity and would happily deport people who've lived here for generations.
I can't share screenshots on my phone because I'm old but social media is a cesspit and feeding frenzy at the moment for these parasites feeding on the grief of a family and the rage of normal concerned people.
These people with big followings all follow accounts like 'Anti White watch' and retweet their garbage.
The main theme with all these clowns isn't immigrants are dangerous, it's that white people are slowly being replaced by foreign brown people in Ireland.
The Aisling Murphy case is an energy boost for them.

When you talk about do-gooders, just remember that some people out there just don't want dangerous people waiting in the wings to get a foothold, because, they want something really different. They don't care about Irish women.

To be clear, I think proper robust security checks should be in place for anyone entering the country and planning to stay for a while. Be that immigrant or refugee, before anyone else thinks otherwise.
And anyone should be able to say they're concerned with current security without judgement.

People may not agree with me but I think free movement in the EU has been a really positive thing overall. Lots of benefits but one for us all is that we get to see a lot of escorts travel to Ireland and back home easily.

You see the same thing from the USA whenever one of those mass shootings occurs. Name and picture plastered all over the news, social media, etc, making the shooter infamous! Not just the USA either in fairness, from most 'Western' countries. We have no idea what's going on in these people's mind. Maybe some of them are doing it for the infamy??

Were I a pessimistic man, I would deem that to be throwing money down the drain.

Not like there are other things that need money... housing, healthcare, education..... ah sure give the wee little lad a chance to get out on the streets. He only killed an innocent woman sure.....
