    Exclamation Cash is king!

    Hi all!

I think we should be very thankfull the cash is still here. Iam afraid it will change in few years… Why someone prefer to pay by card or with some transfer? Why? Is it only laziness to go to ATM? I always used only cash even if all my income was coming in bank account. Maybe iam too paranoid but i don’t want someone knows for what iam spending my money and where. I know its a question of time when the cash will not be here anymore but why should we support it? Its very bad for people.

I don’t accept any Revolut etc. in my business. And i wish people pay with cash in general everywhere.

    Iam happy cash is here!

I agree I mostly use cash, I think it suits some shops and pubs as they know there is no cash being skimmed off by their staff.
I deal with a supplier who gives a discount for cash and presumably doesn’t declare it.

Yesterday I was down Grafton street - been needing to replace my beloved handbag that had served me so well .

Been shopping around now for a good while , ended up getting a couple of lesser ones just out of need

    but they don’t suit .

Found one in a shop just next to Brown Thomas the day before : they wouldn’t take large bills - at all .

Yesterday went back , wanting to pay cash : they’re asking me all my details and copy of ID !! because

they have to report to police if there’s cash payment above a ‘certain amount’ .

I asked what’s your amount ? : 1,000 € . ::: now you cannot even Spend your own money without

it being recorded and passed on .

: I put the larger bit on a card , paid 800 in cash . … love the bag .

    I don’t like this new world !

Will continue paying cash for everything possible as long as it is possible .

And as above : Guys ! WHY would you want a banking trail to your extracurricular activities ??

You may be single now , but could get audited at any time - explain what those wires are for .

Revolut Not anonymous . Bank transfer / which I have accepted a handful of times but will Never

do so again , after one of the guys on a subsequent meet tried to call me by my private name !!

Go to an ATM well before your meet so you’re not frazzled , show up , smile , let the good vibes flow

Maybe card payments common and cool in ‘establishments’ or overseas Clubs . Not with independents .
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

    Cool

Cash is king and chocolates are a bonus.
I have to disagree on always using only cash. Cards are convenient for small, everyday payments but as Michelle is in a different EU country. I can understand using cash for every payment. If I’m visiting an Escort in different county, I will withdraw plenty extra cash.
Also Stephanie should be allowed buy handbags fully cash. Maybe a safety policy for that business.

Cash will never die out, too many people use it and rely on it.
Imagine the day a government tells its nation.
Gov : “You know that currency you earn from hard work? It’s now only available to you through a bank. You cannot withdraw anything”.
You : “But I want to give my son €20 for his birthday”
Gov : “You have to download an youth bank app, so we can track his spending behaviours”

I personally can’t see this happening in next 10 years. The Escort industry wont have to face a cashless society for least 20-30 years. But if you are right and cashless somehow gets passed by European council, then look at EF.
Escort-Fans uses “Esecure Voucher” which allows anonymous payments online. If society goes cashless this or a similar solution can be used to slightly disguise extracurricular activities. Privacy will always be a priority.

Or better yet : Decriminalize our profession !!!

I don’t know when it will be of course… and its not important if it will be in 10 or 20 year later. But untill this moment i feel its very important don’t support thoughts of cashless sociaty. If we have cash, we should use it!

And if you mentioned platforms… so i think it will be something absolutely normal ten years later. In this moment our mentality is not ready yet. It doesn’t matter if its EscortFans . You have always only “fan payment” in your bank account. So it doesn’t matter which platform is it. But in general people will be ready in future for this content. Its still very new and its all. But look this thread is about cash in general. I don’t want to talk about this topic.

And i also think it will be completely legal like in Germany. Its legal in this moment but we can’t pay taxes like escorts. This work will be accepted in more and more countries like it already does. Iam talking about the law and not people mindset.

In fairness, I've no problems with a cashless society - for the usual run-of-the-mill daily stuff. It makes life easier, I find.

But when it comes to escorts, there's no way I'd want to pay with card/contactless! I'm sure the reasons are obvious!

All this started during the ‘Rona. Amazing how we could get Rona from cash but not newspapers selling fear porn. In London a ton of places don’t accept cash. It would be pretty grim for escorts and clients if we lived in a cashless society. I try to keep cash in circulation as much as possible but the ‘Rona era gave me a bad habit of using card constantly.
I can’t help but think many western governments look enviously at China’s social credit score. Remember when that was an episode of Black Mirror?

It’s called Nosedive and it’s on Netflix. About two years before the Chinese Communist Party introduced the social credit credit score. Wonder did it give President Xi ideas?
