Sinn Fein voted in the Dail supporting the current laws on criminalising purchase of sex.

They were very supportive of The DUP Lad who brought the Nordie version of this law through Stormont!

The Shinners and The DUP agree on feck all but they stood as one on that!

I said at the time this completely insane fucking law was being mooted that for a lot of TORLERS it was like they were saying something along the lines that it was OK to be Jewish but they wanted absolutely everything else associated with Judaism to be made illegal and that they would actively try with state support to convert Jewish People to their own view of the world!

I went to a hearing and I met a nice Irish girl who was there to support Ruhama - pro criminalise the clients - and I shared accommodation with her more than once. She told me she hates men because she is a lesbian, mainly.. but, she needed money and also, she was laughing at the fact guys were delighted with her, as she was a very good actress - not my words, but hers.

When I saw her I thought she was there to speak against the law, I was kind of happy to see her, we said hello to each other, how are you... Socking to see her speaking how Ruhama ''saved'' her and how clients should be criminals..

Thank you for that post, although it is very depressing.Hopefully she only represents a small minority. I met an escort recently who it became clear during the meeting was not happy in her work/life. I brought any activity to an immediate halt.
