I'm sure some might think this over the top including girls but at the time I just thought it was the right thing to do!?

Could possibly be seen as time wasting!?

I would state height followed by and reasonably fit
so the girl knows I'm not overweight

Although it does sound stupid reading it back now!!

I do believe the words i used was i have a terrible diet bod....

Happy to say thats very much changed... might get a 5/10 now lol
