If the press had to stick to fully, legally defendable facts, nothing will ever get out about anyone, or organisation.
In this case they are reporting on the overwhelming amount of people coming forward, and on the balance of probabilities. Without the press, in this case, the police and the legal system would probably have done nothing, and the accusers would just be shouting into a void, while Brand gets another super-injunction to shut the press up.
I only commented my own personal opinion that he is a creep and always has been. I've seen with my own eyes his carry on and what he's said.
Wether he's guilty of any crimes is up to the courts. However the evidence out there is quite damning and while sleeping with a 16 year old is legal in the UK doing so as a rich 30 year old is incredibly disturbing behavior. Wether found guilty by courts or not I have my opinion of him. I had it before all this came out, especially with his conspiracy carry on. I didn't watch or pay attention to him before, so that won't change after.
The broader issue of mass media, politics and the like, to me it's whatever..Is he being trialed by media/public discourse? Yeah probably. Have others been in the past? Yes absolutely, countless people have been for centuries, it's a tale as old as humans have been around. From politicians, business rivals, neighbours, even close friends.
What can we do about it? Well if everyone on the planet agrees to stop buying and consuming the news and also agree to never ever ever tell a lie about someone for the purpose of altering other people opinions. Then that'll be the end of that. Is that possible? No. So to me, it's whatever.
You's can make up your own minds. If Brand wasn't a creepy fucking twat his whole life, spreading nonsense and encouraging division then perhaps the media and public would give him an easier time, but alas he is all those things, and now he might also be guilty of criminal activity on top of that.

I don’t know if this guy is guilty or not. Under the law he is innocent until proven otherwise.
What is sad is how people didn’t give a rat’s fart when David Icke was banned from YouTube during the the Rona and then banned from 27 countries for wanting to go to a peace rally in the “Holland”.

I have more news for you, if you're living in Dublin you're already in a 15 minute city! Takes me about 15-20 mins to cycle from Portobello to Croke Park, while passing through pretty much our entire city centre. If you'd like to see more go check out basically any small European city and basically every city since the beginning of civilisation up to 1900. All "15 minute cities".

I'm, sorry for ranting but this is an especially dumb thing to get behind. It’s especially stupid because the conspiracy is basically just “you won’t be allowed to go further than 15 minutes from your home” as if minutes are even a measure of distance.
The distance you can travel in 15 minutes varies wildly by location and time of day to the point that it’s meaningless as a metric by which to restrict travel.

No issues here with the 15 minute city concept, at the moment I've to go 30 mins for food, 45 for decent clothes and at least 2 hours for an escort...15 minutes sounds like a vast improvement if I'm honest
