On the way home I stopped off to do some shopping, on my way back to the car I pass an old regular haunt of mine, there's a bloke approaching the door, clocks me and looks incredibly guilty and then switches to 'nothing to see here' mode, almost thought he was going to start whistling like in a cartoon, anyway I ignored him and up he went to the buzzer - mad when you see fellow punters in the wild and wonder 'do I always look that guilty!?'.
Whistling like a cartoon had me laughing out loud here 😂

I remember about two years ago I visited a girl in a fairly small apartment block there's only 4 floors and maybe 3 or 4 flats on each floor. I had to park the car a few streets away as theres no parking handy near her block, the residents car park is behind a keyfob access gate.

I knew the apartment as I had been before so I rang her anyway as I was walking along and just about to get to the door and she texted back to say she was sorry she would need another 15 minutes. I knew probably she had another gentleman who had overstayed, was no problem for me I wasn't in a rush and I read the text just as I passed the block of flats so I kept walking right past the front door and continued straight ahead. I allowed right I will walk in this direction for 7 or 8 minutes and then turn around and come back and that'll be the 15 minutes passed. Was better than standing around sticking out like a sore thumb.

I did this anyway and I was about a minute away from the flats again when she started texting again. "Ok I am ready now where are you? Front door should be open in a minute" I was delighted with myself I had timed it to perfection and it was even better that the door would be open no standing around waiting for her to open it and again possibly sticking out to the neighbours.

Got to the front door and a fella in his 60s appeared at the other side of the frosted glass, the way he was nervously fumbling around with the door I knew he must have been the guy that had delayed my booking. When the door opened I almost started laughing, he was dressed like a cartoon character big brown hat, trench coat, umbrella under his arm. Reminded me of inspector gadget. Poor fella was getting redder and redder and like a deer in headlights as he tried to rush past me and get out of there. I was in a great humour and looking forward to my visit so I gave him a big smile and said "lovely day for it".

Although I had a nightmare the first time I visited that apartment myself. I stupidly used the stairs instead of the lift both before and after my visit. The apartment was on the 3rd or 4th floor up but on my way back down in my own haste to get out of there I lost track of how many flights I had come down and I ended up going to level -1. The front door out to the street was obviously ground floor but the only exit on this floor one below was at the back of the building and led out to the residents car park. Again, in my panic to get out I stupidly walked out this back door and before I realised I was at the wrong exit the door had slammed shut behind me and you needed a fob to open it.

"Shit shit shit" I stopped and took a few deep breaths to try calm myself down. Walked towards the car park exit and all I could find was a locked gate. My mind was going a million miles an hour, like I said this place was tiny and I had no business walking around the tiny car park if anyone saw me they'd surely be suspicious. Luckily just as I was about to turn back and start panicking again I spotted a family loading their kids into their car. I took out the phone and pretended to be chatting to someone and waited for the family to drive out and open the gate, I quickly followed behind and made my escape. I know I could have rang the girl I had visited for help but her English hadn't been great and I was in such a panic I know I would have struggled to explain what was going on. Learned my lesson that day, take your time don't rush and always take the lift.

Why eyes down and no eye contact.
Surely a pleasant good morning and a smile would have been O.K.

the one that will stay with me forever- I needed emergency treatment and sedation after an accident,

they told me to think about a happy thought- It all came out Im afraid about my experience visiting a particular escort-

I can even remember some nurse telling me to please shut up but it was too late,

"I didnt say that much did I" - I ventured after waking up- you said a lot- an awful lot they said,

I did go on to live the dream I suppose- I told her that story on our first real life date and we were together for almost two years after that,

she will always be the one who got away- looking back I ask myself would I have been better off if had never met her-

probably still happy for the time we did have.
A dangerous weakness of mine- "an attraction for fast women and slow horses"

So I was in a hotel in Poland and had arranged for 2 ladies to join me for the morning. Anyway the night before one of my friends who was staying in the same hotel had left his phone behind in the bar we were in and I brought it back.

Well he knocked at my door when we were in a triangular position having a lot of fun, I ignored the knocks, till he nearly broke the door down, and the poor girls were getting worried, At least when I gave him the phone they relaxed again and we had an amazing few hours.

That's a fair suggestion,it would have been polite to give a "smile and a head nod"...
