surely where needs to be system to stop fake pics being put up again esp one's that have been already removed

But I'm not sure this can be done on individual profiles, it may be a case where either everybody is given access to changing their pictures, or nobody............

as this seems to be a lot of work if staff are constantly having to take them down

It is, but if escorts wern't allowed to do their own pictures, then it would probably be even more work dealing with all the requests from escorts who want to change their pictures.........

maybe some penilties would make them more hesident of puting fake pics up
