Edging recommendations please?

I had this done to me years ago by American pie who is sadly no longer here....it was unbelievable,!

Any recommendations as to who preforms this now??

I've heard good things about Stephanie in ballsbridge... Also American. Not personal opinion just what I've hear hear on that topic previously. Hopefully can form my own opinion some time.
