Old Punting Spots

With the fine weather this morning, I decided to grab a coffee and go for a long, several hour long stroll around Cork.

I covered quite a bit of ground and I actually ended up passing about 4 places which used to be prime punting spots but have since been taken out, for whatever unfortunate reason.

Brought back some good memories !

One spot in particular near the NDLS in the city centre and another right beside a pharmacy on the street just across the bridge from the gate cinema (If you know, you know )

Its interesting seeing the migration to different punting spots. Some have stood through time and others unfortunately are no longer being used
